Shipping policy

We offer various shipping options and always try to fulfill your orders asap. After checkout, a purchase confirmation email will be sent to your registered email and shipping notification will be sent upon confirmation of shipment.

Shipping and handling charges

Shipping fees or any surcharge (if applicable) vary, depending on the weight and dimensions, and the shipping address. When you place an order, the cost of shipping will be displayed in the “Checkout” page before payment process.
 

Scope of delivery

We currently deliver within Malaysia only. Approximately it takes about 1 to 4 days for delivery within Peninsular Malaysia and 5 to 7 days for delivery to East Malaysia. You can always contact us for any question at info@primaniaga.my
